Welcome the North American Agresso User Group (NAAUG)
The North American Agresso User Group (NAAUG) is a non-profit association dedicated to enabling the Agresso user community to exchange best practices, knowledge and know-how, experience, software artifacts and to facilitate networking among the membership and with Agresso.
Creation in 2005: The NAAUG has been formed independently by, and for, Agresso Users. Since February 2006, a handful of users from across North America have volunteered their time and worked together to ensure that the vision of a North American Agresso User Group came to fruition.
What does Membership include? The NAAUG is dedicated to enhancing the user experience with, and knowledge of, the products offered by Agresso Americas Inc., through the exchange of information between members, and partnerships with Agresso and their business partners.
With your membership to the NAAUG, your benefits will include:
· The strength of solidarity to influence the direction of the products and services offered by Agresso Software for the benefit of the user community;
· Access to online training through Agresso's Webex tool - either at no charge to you or at a reduced cost;
· Access to a members-only extranet where all members may share successes, issues and concerns not only among themselves, but also with Agresso Software;
· Access to an online environment where members can share customized reports, integrated solutions, as well as "Tips and Tricks";
· Access to an online environment for accurate and timely dissemination of information about Agresso software, upgrades, and their business partners' products and services;
· Access to an online environment with a searchable, printable member directory;
· Voting rights to a democratic election process for the appointment of Council;
· A channel for members to receive important information regarding changes in the industry;
Membership Costs: Cost for Membership is $350 USD.
The membership is the most valuable and ideal for larger companies with a number of Agresso Users.
* 2 logins to the NAAUG.net forum, which includes 2 email account membership on the Listserve - a pro-active networking and communication tool that gives you access to other NAAUG members.
* Full access to future Web-based training, organized by the NAAUG, at either no charge or a highly subsidized rate.
* 500 Agresso Customer Reference points (up to $250 in Agresso credit!)
* 2 participating votes at AGM, and during the customer advisory process, which prioritizes upgrades and enhancements
Associate Membership - $75.00 USD
If your company wants more than 2 active NAAUG members, Associate memberships can be purchased, which includes all the benefits listed above, including all-access to the NAAUG Extranet. Why?: Agresso is proud to support this initiative. It means that the Agresso user community in North America has grown and become mature enough to want to establish a community of practice. The existence of NAA User Group means that new kinds of conversations can take place between its constituent members and with Agresso. We share a common objective: to ensure that Agresso Business World continues to be one of the foremost ERP system for people-centric organizations.
Why an Online Community?:North America is a big region to cover. Imagine the costs and logistical complications of creating a vibrant and fruitful User Group if it was constrained to meeting face to face to get anything done. Using this online space will allow us to have conversations and make progress without the limitations of physical proximity.
